Registering for GMAT Test
To take the GMAT test, the applicants should first select the convenient test center. Most of the GMAT test centers are permanently established and are operated on their own schedules and can accommodate for various test takers during every test date.

You can find the list of test centers from GMAT Information Bulletin for Testing in 2008 or you can log on to www.gmac.com. For this students have to register for the GMAT test through either of the available sources, it can through online at www.mba.com, or by phone, or mail. Students can check out the various dates and times that the test is offered, pay for the test, and even reschedule a test date.

Online Registration
To register an appointment for GMAT online, students should sign up as a registered user of the www.mba.com website. Ensure to enter the name and date of birth exactly as they appear on the identification you will present at the test center. Fee payments can only be made by credit card or debit card. Be sure to have your VISA®, MasterCard®, American Express®, or JCB® card ready. Schedule your GMAT appointment now.

Register by Phone
To register your appointment for GMAT by phone, you have to call the following number:

  • Timings: 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Indian Standard Time

You have to make the payment of the fee only by the credit card or debit card (either of Visa, or MasterCard, or JCB or American Express cards only).

Register by Fax
To register for the GMAT test by fax, you have to download the GMAT Appointment Scheduling Form and complete it with all the required information. To complete it, you will also need the Test Center Code List, in which you get the Site ID numbers and the Country Code List. The fee payment has to be made through the credit card or debit card (either of Visa, or MasterCard, or JCB or American Express cards only). Finally you have to fax the completed form to: +603 8319 1092

Register By Mail
To register for the GMAT test by mail, you have to download the GMAT Appointment Scheduling Form and complete it with all the required information. To complete it, you will need the Test Center Code List, in which your get the Site ID numbers and the Country Code List. You have to mail the application scheduling form along with appropriate fee payment to:

USA NOTE: You have to send your documents three weeks prior to the test date. On receipt of your documents, an appointment will be scheduled for you GMAT. Confirmation of the date, time, and location of the appointment will be sent to you. If you do not receive the confirmation at least three business days before your first choice of the test day, call the VUE customer service center to verify your GMAT appointment. PAY FOR THE TEST

Fee for GMAT Test
The fee charge for registering a GMAT (Graduate Management Admission Test) is US$250 worldwide.

Rescheduling GMAT Date
For postponing your GMAT test date, or time or location, you will be charged additional fee of US$50. This is applicable if you reschedule you test date at least one week prior to the date and time of your Test appointment seven working days. if you reschedule your date beyond the seven calendar days you will be charged the full registration fee. The rescheduling fee is subject to change without notice.

Cancellation Refund
If you apply for cancellation of your GMAT test prior to seven calendar days of your appointment, you will be receiving the refund amount of US $80. If you want to cancel you GMAT appoint beyond the seven calendar days of your appointment, you have to forfeit the whole registration amount. Fee for Additional Score Report
You have to pay US $28 to receive an additional score report of your GMAT test. To learn more about Additional Score Reports, please see Selecting Your Score-Report Recipients.

Note: Payments by check must be payable in U.S. dollars and drawn on banks located in the United States.

Note: If your credit card is declined, your appointment will not be processed. You will be responsible for scheduling your test appointment again using a valid form of payment.

How to Access GMAT Scores
You can easily access your GMAT scores either electronically or by receiving paper reports. The score report will be sent to the test taker in the selected form within three weeks of the test date.

The free electronic score-reporting system enables you to access to the available GMAT score reports at your convenience, which can be either daily or weekly or monthly. You can also search for an individual applicant.

It may be overwhelming to change your process of accessing the score reports. There is a possibility to make it easy and user-friendly. In fact, our Score-Reporting Web Site is so intuitive that formal training isn’t needed.
